These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SAFER Driver Training.

By booking or attending a SAFER Driver Training workshop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Description

SAFER Driver Training provides independent theory training workshops designed to support learner drivers in preparing for the UK driving theory test and developing safer driving awareness.

SAFER Driver Training is not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

Attendance at a workshop does not guarantee passing the theory test.

2. Workshop Bookings

Workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Participants must ensure that the information provided during booking is accurate.

3. Course Fees

Course fees must be paid in full before attending the workshop unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are displayed on the website or booking page.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a participant cancels their booking:

• More than 7 days before the workshop – a full refund may be issued.
• Within 7 days of the workshop – refunds may not be available, but the booking may be transferred to a future course where possible.

SAFER Driver Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidance provided during the workshop.

SAFER Driver Training reserves the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately or disrupt the session.

6. Liability

SAFER Driver Training provides educational guidance only.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee success in the official DVSA theory test.

SAFER Driver Training accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on workshop content.

7. Website Use

All website content including text, branding, and materials relating to the SAFER principles are the intellectual property of SAFER Driver Training.

Content may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

SAFER Driver Training may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
